2025 Entrepreneurship Course

The Entrepreneurship Knowledge Courses aim to help female entrepreneurs enhance their entrepreneurial knowledge and professional skills, with content tailored to different themes for female entrepreneurs. To expand our reach to more cities and rural areas and to connect with more potential entrepreneurs, in 2025, we will collaborate with units across Taiwan that provide entrepreneurial resources and consulting assistance to jointly plan related course activities. Through diverse formats and teaching topics, we will connect female entrepreneurs with local units, share resources, and build an entrepreneurial exchange network.
● Course Content
New female entrepreneurs generally have a high demand for policy-based loans and are highly motivated in developing channels, marketing planning, and fundraising. Therefore, the 2025 course plan aims to help new female entrepreneurs strengthen these abilities. Digital courses will provide fundamental knowledge in entrepreneurial finance, taxation, and legal matters. Physical courses will focus on improving access to funding and increasing revenue, aligning with local government promotion directions, and offering elective courses in sustainability, channel development, brand enhancement, and fundraising. In addition, we will integrate suitable resources from the private sector, such as the 永齡女力計畫 and the 小店永豐計畫, explaining relevant information or sharing case studies in the courses to support the funding and resource needs of female start-ups and expand the female entrepreneurship ecosystem.
● Course Features
Course Content Planned Based on Surveys
According to the 2024 Entrepreneurship Knowledge Courses survey, new entrepreneurs have a high demand for guidance in channel development, finance and taxation, and loan financing. This year's course plan includes digital courses on fundamental topics for entrepreneurs such as the three financial statements, tax and legal issues for start-ups, and understanding policy loans. Physical courses will focus on advanced skills such as channel development, fundraising, and cross-industry collaboration.
Connecting Central and Local Resources
We will connect central and local resources. After the courses, we plan to upload the digital courses to the 中小企業網路大學校 platform to provide convenient online learning resources for female entrepreneurs across Taiwan. Physical courses are planned in areas where fewer courses have been held in the past two years, such as Hualien, Miaoli, and Tainan. We will prioritize collaboration with local female entrepreneurship communities and women's empowerment programs, such as the 女力學研事務所 and the 永齡女力計畫, to design courses that meet the needs of local entrepreneurs by integrating policies promoted by county and city governments and suitable resources from the private sector.
飛雁診療室：小雁健檢
A newly planned "飛雁診療室：小雁健檢" will be held after the courses, where past winners of the Women Entrepreneur Awards will mentor new female entrepreneurs, sharing their practical entrepreneurial experience in the spirit of "大雁帶小雁."
Post-course Consultation and Guidance
For the 2025 physical courses, post-course consultations will invite elite female entrepreneurs to serve as consultants, providing guidance to new and early-stage (within 5 years) female entrepreneurs and passing on their entrepreneurial experience. At the same time, we will invite publicly-owned banks to assist entrepreneurs interested in applying for policy-based loans with clarifying their application plans and providing consultations to increase their chances of securing funding.

2. 飛雁診療室：小雁健檢
(Limited spots, screened by the organizer) After the physical courses, past elite winners and publicly-owned banks will provide separate consultation sessions. The program is mainly for new and early-stage entrepreneurs (within 5 years). Participants must register for the consultation before the course and submit a self-assessment form as required for the consultants' reference, to facilitate appropriate advice and resources based on the actual situation of the enterprise.
● Target Audience
- Participants: Female entrepreneurs of enterprises established in 2025 (registered under the Company Act), female entrepreneurs who have been in business for up to 5 years, and prospective female entrepreneurs (with existing products or services).
- Enrollment Quota: 130 for digital courses, 35 for physical courses.
- Fee: Free. Partner organizations are not allowed to charge any fees to the participants.
- Duration: Each session is generally 3-4 hours.
- Number of Sessions: A total of 8 sessions are planned.
- Months: April to August.
