The 2024 White Paper on Startups is now available for download. This edition is composed of four chapters:
1. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
Introduces Taiwan's overall advantages and outlines the startup development environments across the northern, central, southern, and eastern regions.
2. Members of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem 
Presents data on the distribution and scale of startups, and explains the roles of investment sector, incubation organizations, and government organizations in building a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem. 
3. Talent and Service Needs in Startups and Entrepreneurial Teams
Based on a thematic study, this chapter explores the background and manpower demand of the respondents. It also analyzes how accelerators contribute to startup growth through specialized sectors, services, and resource integration.
4. Entrepreneurship Measures
Summarizes Taiwan's comprehensive policy measures supporting entrepreneurship, including finance, market, and talent.
