「創業家簽證」（Entrepreneur Visa）是針對具創新能力及技術的外國及港澳創業家，提供來臺創業者首次申請效期為2年的居留簽證，並可視創業實績申請延長居留，展延以兩年為限次數不限。

Entrepreneur Visa is aimed at foreign, Hong Kong and Macao entrepreneurs .It is suitable for entrepreneurs who are interested in developing Taiwan market or starting a business in Taiwan. It provides entrepreneurs who come to Taiwan to apply for a residence visa valid for 2 years for the first time, and can apply for an extension of residence based on their entrepreneurial performance. There is no limit to the number of times for two years.
