(1)線上填寫「簽證申請表（https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/BOCA_EVISA/）」，列印產出具有條碼之簽證申請表，並親自簽名確認。
(2)6個月內2吋彩色照片2張，背景須以白色為底色。
(3)護照正本及影本（護照效期須為6個月以上且有空白頁；請影印含照片在內之護照基本資料頁及前次來台簽證）。
(4)經濟部投資審議委員會規定之文件（依據「外國人來臺申請創業家簽證資格審查處理要點」所列之資格條件檢附相關應備文件，並由經濟部投資審議委員會先行審查核准創業家資格）。
(5)其他視個案要求提供之文件（視個案審查需求而定。於國內申請者，須加影印最近一次之來臺簽證頁及入境頁）。
(6)繳納文件地點：
A.申請人於中國民國境外
外國申請人在中華民國境外者，應逕向該地中華民國駐外館處提繳申請文件；在港澳地區之港澳申請人，應逕向台北經濟文化辦事處提出申請；在海外地區之港澳申請人，應逕向該地中華民國駐外館處提繳申請文件。
B.申請人於中國民國境內
外國申請人在中華民國境內者，得於停留期限屆滿前，向本局或本部辦事處提繳申請文件；港澳申請人在中華民國境內者，應向內政部移民署提出申請。

1.Application form-Go to website: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw. Fill out the application form online and print it out. Make sure the application form shows a bar code on it and sign the form.
2.Two color passport-size photos-Paste on the application form with two color passport-size (2-inch) photos with a white background taken within 6 months.
3.Passport and one photocopy of the passport- a. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and there are blank pages left in it. b. One photocopy of the passport bio-page including the holder’s picture is required. c. One photocopy of the previous visa if the applicant has been to Taiwan before.
4. Documents requested by the Investment Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs- a.Applicants should download and fill out the form “Application Categories for Entrepreneur Visas” in accordance with the qualifications listed in “ Review Directions of Entrepreneur Visa Qualification for Foreign Nationals ”. b.For the group (team) application, please fill out the “Applicant Group Letter of Intent on Cooperation” if the members are eligible for different application categories.
5. Other supporting documents-Applicants who apply for a Resident Visa after having arrived in Taiwan are required to submit one photocopy of the Visitor Visa and the immigration entry stamp.
6.Application Procedure：
I. Foreign applicants outside of Taiwan
Foreign applicants outside of the R.O.C. (Taiwan) are advised to apply for the visa from an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission. 
For Hong Kong and Macao applicants, the applicants in Hong Kong or Macao are advised to submit their applications to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office; and the applicants in other overseas countries are advised to submit their applications to R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas missions in such countries. 
The overseas mission will pass the application on to the Investment Commission, MOEA for examination.
II. Foreign applicants in Taiwan
The applicants in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) may apply for the visa to the Bureau of Consular Affairs or any of its Central, Southwestern, Southern, or Eastern Taiwan Offices.
Hong Kong and Macao applicants inside of R.O.C. (Taiwan) may submit their applications to the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, R.O.C. (Taiwan).
